      Calicut Adventurer's Guild
This is a request from a rich man. It seems that this main enjoys sculptures a great deal and hopes to own a Hindu effigy. He apparently wants a main god out of all the Hindu gods. Furthermore, he would like to also know what kind of god it is. Will you offer your help?

                  1. A thorough investigation
Sigh, so a European noble wishes to learn about the statue of the great Hindu gods...? I can't say i'm too happy about it but have a look on the "Theology" shelf if you must. Just, please do your research thoroughly enough so that you can learn of the true greatness of these gods...

                  2. Vishnu
The primary Hindu gods are the three gods of Vishnu, Shiva, and Brahma. In particular, Vishnu has the power to destroy the world in three steps and that power shines down upon the earth far and wide as the light of the sun. He is represented as a male with four arms and has ten different avatars, or incarnations.

                  3. Birth of Vishnu god of the sun
Originally, the Hindu sun god was Surya. However, as time passed the elements of Surya were integrated into Vishnu and thus Vishnu became the sun god. If i recall correctly there is a temple somewhere in Calcutta dedicated to the worship of the sun god...

                  4. God who rides on Garuda
Yes, the Konark Sun Temple does worship Surya. But you should still read up some more on Vishnu before you go there. For example, Vishnu is actually accompanied by a god named Garuda. Garuda is also a highly divine god. There are some islands in the east that worship him.

                  5. The start of the world
There is a story that is told between followers of Vishnu. In the story Vishnu was lying down on a dragon named Ananta before the world was created. Eventually a lotus sprouted from his belly button and the creator god Brahman was born, and from Brahman's forehead Shiva was born. In other words, Vishnu was the beginning f all things.

                  6. Creator of a new world
My dad talks to me about the gods all the time. I like the stories abut Vishnu the most. Vishnu turns into all kinds of other gods and saves the world! But when he can't save the world he just turns into Kalki and makes a new world!

                  7. Statue of the principle Hindu god
I accepted a job that wants me to search out the statues of Hindu gods. Of the three main Hindu gods, Vishnu is of the highest rank. The Konark Sun Temple worships Surya, the sun god who was later integrated into Vishnu. I may be able to find a statue far to the south-west of the temple around the mammalian bones in that area.

A statue of Vishnu, one of the three great gods of Indian theology. Though he is said to have 10 avatars, he is usually portrayed as a man with four arms. When the balance of the world is disrupted, it is said that he appears in the world in many different forms.
