대륙의 동쪽으로 마다가스카르섬이 있는 것은 알고 있겠지. 캘리컷에의 최단 항로를 잡기 위해서는, 그 섬의 동쪽을 통과하게 된다. 섬의 최남단의 위치를 알고 있으면, 항해도 순조롭게 진행되겠지. 도시관리라면 좀 더 자세한 것을 알고 있을 것이다.
