                          1. London - Talk to Aged Military Man (Bench near Royal Palace)
                          - Non-Repeatable quest
                          - Need 45K or higher Merchant/Trade Fame for the quest to show
                          - Need r11 Casting (With or without boost items)
                          - Better to have English for higher chance the quest to show

                          - Must be same colour shown above
                          - Dura and stats doesn't matter whether it's 1/70 or 90/70
                          - Doesn't matter if you made it or bought it

                              No pre-quest, just need casting R11 and english, if you don't have english language, you still could pop out the quest with R11 casting, but the chance is slow. Better got 2 skill that require

                              Just completed the quest using one helm with improved stats (75/70 durability) and one without. It seems the aged military man's grown less picky in his old age.

                              he doesn't care about dura, he cares about color. I think the guy who had a 75/70 didn't realize it was off-color as well.

                              it's confirmed this quest need 45K or more trade fame and for the closed helmet it doesnt have to be regular, deff 48 and higher dura is good enough

                              I have only 14K trade fame and a guy Shared with me. Dont know if to pull really need the 45K, but to share dont. .
