                1. 황제의 승마상
                고대 로마 황제의 승마상은 이제까지 단 한 개도 발견되지 않았습니다. 하지만 반드시 승마는 했을 겁니다. 제노바의 학자가 고대 그리스와 로마의 서적을 많이 가지고 있으니 봐 주시고, 참고가 될 자료가 있다면 다시 와 주세요.

                2. 승마에 대한 기록
                고대 그리스에서는 귀족은 기병으로서 싸웠다. 하지만 귀족은 사람 수가 적은데다가 기병은 비용이 많이 들지. 그래서 중장 보병의 민병이 점점 주력이 되었다. 이것을 호프라이트라고 하고 팔랑크스라는 밀집 진형을 취하게 되었다.

                3. 로마황제의 승마상
                역시 그거라면 고대 로마에서도 말을 탔을 거예요. 알아본 바 4세기 말에 로마의 미술품은 대부분이 파괴되었습니다. 이것을 피하기 위해 운반된 물건들이 꽤 많다는군요. 번거롭겠지만 제노바의 교외를 조사해 보세요.
