                    The prequest requires 45k fame, so it would have been strange if this one needed less.

                    Repeatable, but is it really worth the hassle of making 50 vintages instead of just paying the 3m or so for the class change ?

                    Maybe, but you still have to do the quest first to unlock that class first.

                    I have taken this quest more than once, so it is certainly repeatable. I believe all job quests are, except perhaps for the level 76 classes of Great Adventurer, Millionaire, and Grand Admiral. (Or am I mistaken on that point?) That said, I do not believe the prequest can be repeated, however, as I've not seen it since completion.
