                          1. 먼 옛날부터 만드는 방법은 동일
                          다우말이군. 옛날부터 쭉 같은 방법으로 만들고 있지. 뭔가 전해지는 얘기가 있었는데 뭐였더라. 조선소주인에게 물어보게. 옛날 얘기를 해 줄 걸세.

                          2. 배의 모델이 된 것은
                          이 부근의 전설에 의하면 누프라는 남자가 신의 가르침을 받고 희생물로 삼은 닭을 표본 삼아 다우를 만들었다는군. 꽤 옛날부터 만드는 방법이 같다네. 좋은 목재가 있으면 거기에서 만들어 버리지. 이곳 남쪽에서 지금 새로운 배를 만들고 있다네.

                          3. 결론
                          다우라는 배는 아주 옛날부터 만드는 법이 같다고 한다. 모잠비크의 남쪽에서 상륙한 곳에서 좋은 재목이 발견되어 배를 만들고 있다고 한다. 북서쪽 겹바위 부근이라고 하니 찾아보자.
