Aztec god of the night

Portobelo Adventurer's Guild
Here's a job from a scholar that has been studying the Aztec god Tezcatlipoca: He had found a statue of this god, but recently had it stolen by bandits. He would like the original recovered if possible, but would accept other similar statues in its stead. Vera Cruz would be the best place for information on Aztecs.

Pheasant-tailed Jacana 1.God of the night
Tezcatlipoca is the god of the night. They say he is brothers with Quetzalcoatl.Umlike Quetzalcoatl,he was very beautiful.A statuse of Tezcatlipoca?I've never heard of one.But I do know that there was a ritual site south of the town, near the big swamp, where they used to collect and pray to old statues of gods..
2.Statue of Tezcatlipoca
Tezcatlipoca is the god of the night, and is brothers with Quetzalcoatl, the god of culture. There is a ritual site south of Veracruz, where old statues of gods are collected. It is possible that someone with a firm belief in the god took the statue of the scholar and buried it there.I should go south of Veracruz and search near the big swamp.

The god of night from Aztec mythology. The name means "smoking mirror." He was thought to have created the world together with Quetzalcoatl but then banished him and ruled the world by himself. He was said to have been very handsome in his human form.
