                            With its wings spread, this very large bird can reach a wing span of 1.8 meters. It eats the carcasses of dead animals, but never attacks living animals. It has a brightly-coloured body, and the top of its beak is orange-coloured wattle.

                            1st theres no light to locate the position to complete the quest. It appear if you use surveying.

                            The location is letter T, from giant dead tree, go down, until the path that goes to the table boulder

                            Funny thing, there is actually a discovery light from Observe, but it's almost impossible to see: it's straight up in the air, directly above a hill, and only visible from the area due west from the Diagonal Boulder, before you head north to the crossroads. I saw it completely by accident on my way to where your directions said to go, and thanks for posting them by the way.

                            This is a hard quest to pull. I used about 40 QMPs and 2 SQMPs before I could get it to show up.

                            Without language yes, otherwise it's pretty much random, I got it at first try. Other quests people say they're easy pop, I had hard time pulling them.

                            okay, i found the quest "The meaning of knowing" at jap wiki, for those who want to know, at the last step, for some reason, you have to go to north baltic sea landing port ant click in the table bourder at the cernter of the map. Quest complete.
