Yes but kinda hard to pop as its a 10 start quest. Also, you don't need to be a Pirate to do the quest.

You do have to be in pirate job to do this quest. My 6 SQMPs and 50 QMPs say otherwise.

after you speak with Blackbeard in nassau:
1. fight with elite english navy near london.
2. fight with elite portu navy near lissbon.
3. fight with elite spanish navy near sevilee.
then come back to nassau to speak with Blackbeard:
1. last fight near nassau, and get the job card.

@ maritimer. since you did the pre quest i cant find a reason why you cant see it. maybe its bad luck.

There is a pre quest for this. I forgot the name but it requires like R12 accuracy and R14 gunnery or something along those lines. quest out of Santo aswell

It is already stated above the chain quest [IMG:17]. just follow the 3 quests in order. To pop the quest is hard as it's a 10 star.

I used a SQMP just to get it and remember, it's better to have the required skill ranks with/without boosts and the lang skill to have a better chance for the quest to show.

you also need to be in pirate if you are leaching the quest.

First step in the quest directions has the wrong port listed, suppose to be Havana not Nassau where you talk to the barkeeper.

So this quest indeed does require Pirate job to be completed. Tested with me pulling it and a fleetmate being unable to accept it with the message something to the effect of "quest is restricted by job" being displayed. The prerequisite quest though (Pirates known as 'fear') does not appear to be job restricted. Both are 10* quests though, so pulling them can be very difficult.
