                          Cobra of Wadjet
If we're talking about the guardian of royalty of Lower Egypt, it would be the goddess, Wadjet...
The animal that symbolyze her is a cobra, the snake shaped badges on pharaoh statues are based off of it. Though they are dangerous and poisonous, they prey on mice, which is why they are worshipped as guardians of agriculture.

                          Uncomfortable End
The last pharaoh, Cleopatra, was famous for ending her own life by being bitten by a cobra which is a symbol of Wadget. But don't you find it strange? Even if cobras are poisonous you do not die instantly whne bitten...
Though, not like that changes the fact that its poison is dangerous.

                          End of the Era
What Cleopatra used was probably poison which was created with the snake's poison as its main ingredient. I mean, it sounds better to have her era end due to a cobra which symbolizes royalty.
I'm sure you'll be able to find it at Shore Opposite Cairo.

                          Telling of the End

In ancient Lower Egypt, the cobra symbolized the goddess Wadjet, which was the guardian of royalty. Tough it is said that Cleopatra had ended her life with that poison, whether or not it is true is still a question...
Let's search for a cobra around the area by the Large Boulder around the entrance of Shore Opposite Cairo.
