Heh, talked to this dude on a quest at lvl 69 trade and he unlocked me to 75. Didn't even look at who to talk to about unlocking cap yet. Guess I don't need to worry now, not that I was worried apparently, since I just stated that i did it with out thinking, which I guess I don't even need to point out unless you didn't catch on, than i guess I did need to point out for some, but I'm guessing you in particular had it figured out and ain't even reading this far on so's i'm a waistin' my breath ,er, my skin cells on the tips of my fingers...


Anyone notice I wrote than when i shoulda wrote then?
