This area is accessible if you land at the Black Sea Northeast Coast landing point and click to go further inland via the Diagonal Boulder landmark at the far east point of the survey map. It's possible to go inland to this region despite a lack of a discovery (unlike older inland zones); land charting becomes possible after completing a total of 120 land charts.
