This historical event triggered on 12/24 -- it's a Land Battle event. To participate, accept the Quest from any city/town official (3rd slot required) and go to engage unique NPCs at the following land zones:

Northwest Genoa
West Tunis
East Tripoli
Naples Outskirts

Defeating enemies may cause them to drop an item; each item is worth a certain number of deeds; a certain amount of deeds is required for the quest to be considered 'Complete' and you unlock greater rewards for obtaining multiple deeds. Note that the item dropped by an NPC will occupy an inventory slot, so keep some spaces free or you risk missing the item/deeds.

When you have obtained a maximum number of deeds, you can report the quest to the nearest Official and (if desired) begin again. Here is a list of NPCs/spoils, courtesy of [CA]RvZ:

- Carpentry Tools , gives 1 Deed
- Drunkard's Wine , gives 1 Deed
- Seal of Sylph , gives 1 Deed

Enemy Soldier Lv30:

- Angel Clock , gives 12 Deeds
- Custom Haul Rope , gives 20 Deeds
- Spare Sail , gives 1 Deed

Enemy Soldier Lv50:

- Master Craftsman's Carpentry Tools , gives 4 Deeds
- Expedition Ship Boarding Ticket , gives 50 Deeds
- Exquisite Dye , gives 50 Deeds

Enemy Commander Lv70:

- Patriot Award , gives 40 Deeds
- Mode Design Collection - v7 , gives 64 Deeds
- Pegasus Feather , gives 64 Deeds

Tier 1 -- Baudelaire
Tier 2 -- Master's Carronade (16)
Tier 3 -- Master's Smithy Tools x20
Tier 4 -- Master Craftsman's Carpentry Tools x20
Tier 5 -- Conqueror of the Ages Hat + Vanquisher of History
Tier 6 -- Heavily Armoured Sterncastle
Tier 7 -- Treasure Box of Courage (final reward)

Currently we do not have an exact record of how many deeds unlock each reward. Comments made in the past suggest 500 deeds or so will unlock every reward; if anyone has some specific information, please be sure to share. Thanks.
