The third of three possible Historical Events related to the 16th Century, 2nd Phase (1538). A unique Ganador opponent, Hayreddin , is available to challenge for 0 Patriot Awards during the event's occurrence. The Vanquisher of History and Treasure Box of Courage are available as rewards; don't know much about Ganadoring, so I'll leave that bit of data up to the experts.

The most likely outcome at this moment in time: "Victory of the Ottoman Empire" (Ottoman influence increases in E. Mediterranean zone, "Investment Possible - Injunction on Investment by Foreign Adventurers in the indicated region" in Spain/Venice territory zones).

Outcome #2 has the Netherlands' influence rise in E. Mediterranean zone, England in W. Mediterranean zone(s), and "Tarrif increased for all trade goods of the Ottoman Turkey voyage's" in the North Sea. Outcome #3 is "National prestige increase of the Spanish/Venice", and "tariff increase for all trade goods of the Ottoman Turkey voyage's all city".

This is also the first time GAMA server has seen a Ganador related Historical Event pop up, of which there are three in all. I wonder how it'll go? Hmm. Good hunting to you.

As usual, the rewards are nothing to write home about. You would think considering how hard Ganador battles are that you cant really farm them with alts that the rewards would be boosted.

To boost the rewards would likely require taking the server down to reprogram and adjust the box contents. Then repeating the process to reset it to its previous contents. Doing all of that for one event doesn't make sense. I don't care for the nerfed contents, but them's the breaks for us GAMA players, unless KOEI-TECMO decides otherwise (as they have more authority than OGP about such things).

As for the event, currently, Outcome #3 "Retreat of the Ottomans" is the most likely.

The actual state of the historical event at its close was that of "North Sea Attacks the Mediterranean", which means that The Netherlands and England's influence will temporarily rise in the West and East Mediterranean Sea, while Ottoman voyagers will find themselves paying higher taxes on all trade goods sold in the North Sea.
