Attention: this treasure hunt theme, required for a memorial album, can be accessed if you have gained and equipped the title, "Adept of Age(17 Century-P.3)".

I had the same idea. So I got the title Adept of Age (17 Century-P.4) by unlocking Port Royal. According to the Japanese wiki this opens up the TH theme 'Gentleman thief and pirate legend'. However, with the title equiped I could not get the TH to show up. I guess I will go find 17-3 then :)

Also, now is a good time to unlock Port Royal as the Caribbean waters are safe. It requires one small sea battle.

Maybe the 'Gentleman thief' theme isn't implemented in-game yet? Either way, thanks for the info and advice, all.
