It requires two/three seconds before the Tech will be used.
With advanture job this Tech needs only one second till it activates.

Effect:
Aside from damage, your target(s) will be under laceration which reduces attack by 25% and loses 30 stamina per second. Higher Trap prolongs the "Laceration" -effect.

I've learned this from Roaming Pioneer Lv43 npc at Colerado Plateau after he used this Tech against me.
