Currently not thought to be in the game, and no NPCs are listed to learn it from via Japanese wikis. (But then where did we get the listed rank information from, I wonder?) If anyone knows how or where it might be acquired, please let us know here, and/or the UWO wikia.

I remember this tech was listed in a jp magazine many years ago, but it didnt have any info about which npcs use it.

A friend asked me about this and the Range Boulder Drop tech. Since I couldn't find any concrete info on where to obtain those techs or if they're even available on Maris, I sent a ticket to ask PapayaPlay and got the following answer:

"There currently aren't any specific NPCs that you can learn these techs from. Learning them requires grinding specific skills and having prerequisite techs. Once these prerequisites have been satisfied you will have a chance of learning them while continuing to grind those skills and use the prerequisite techs."

While the acquisition of advanced techs will differ from one another, using the prerequisite tech repeatedly when your character has the correct skill levels will give you the best chance of receiving the advanced tech. Please be aware that this is a luck based process and it may take a fair amount of grinding to receive the advanced techs but as long as you have the above prerequisites that should be all you need to have a chance."

Interesting. Well, I'll be interested to hear if anyone can actually acquire this or the Range Boulder Drop tech. Cheers.

According to the Jap wiki, the NPC "Teres" in the Advanced missions that will appear in the Colosseum Special Missions in upcoming mini update "Babylon" can supposedly use this tech.
