It requires two/three seconds before the Tech will be used.
With advanture job this Tech needs only one second till it activates.

Effect:
Aside from damage, your target(s) get Binding" status. This effect last for at least 10 seconds. Higher Trap prolongs the "Binding" -effect.

I've learned this from "Poacher lv54" at Australia Northwest Coast after he used this Tech against me. Like other rank 3+ techs this may take a while. NOTE: This is one of the hardest Tech to get due the rarity of the NPC at this landingpoint, it takes often more than 30 minutes to spawn one after making lots of kills.
