This battle tech can be learned from Colorado Thief Lv40 at Colorado Plateau Landing.

The acquisition rates have changed. The new requirements are:

Swordplay R5
Sword Mastery R5
Spear quick finesse requirement is still Lv14 as well having learned Triple Thrust tech
