I think its tech. Try to search site for word "Triple" and you will more techs there :)

And there are more techs on this site. Search for "throw" for example.
We should have section for Techs on this site.

This site needs a whole ton of upgrades to keep up with what's currently on the server in-game. Techs, shipbuilding, ship fusion and may more features.
