Thanks for all your hard work. This DB was sorely in need of some further information. That said, do you mind if I ask where you're obtaining your tech data from? I only ask, because this particular tech has six possible NPCs listed as teaching it, but you've only named one NPC, and some websites have more information listed than others. This is the one I use most commonly for reference:

I have only started doing all areas.. info will grow as I locate on GAMA server.. Check out Colorado Plateau found a gun tech not listed on any other wiki site.

Also can be obtained by Assault Base Soldier Lv 50 in Island of Sumatra Southwest Coast, pretty much he often uses this tech. The same NPC can yield Quad Swing as well.
