Title that allows you to gain "Expertise" on Phonograph Pursuit Production. Obtained from getting Wax Cylinder Phonograph discovery, which comes from Further Quest Further Research into the Automatic Music Player, take a look over there for the chain quest needed.

Requires Handicraft and specific rank Sophia. Might possibly need Art, i can't tell since i have both skills in one toon. You can use Town's man recipes to grind this Expertise.. or use the Sophia method, it's up to you.

When you obtain the title and Category Rank, you need Handicraft. However, you can leech Art(adv skill) from your fleet members. You can also craft Phonograph with your Handicraft if one of your fleet has Art skill.
