This specific title is required for Millionaire Suit, a +2 Alchemy, +2 Metal Trading, +2 Management body equip (purchasable from merchant guild shop at 40k points).

Per the gvo wiki, the requirements are: trade level 87 (checked), 40k+ contribution in all 4 EA nations (not checked), 360k trade fame (checked 370k is enough), 800m deposited in bank.

40k+ Contribution in all 4 Asia regions (Japan, South China, Taiwan & Korea)
800m ducats deposited in bank, or the Title will be disabled(won't dissapear).

I can't speak for the fame requirement, but the level requirement is in fact lv. 87, not 86.
