I read that this skill gives a 50% inc to rare item plunder, is this true? Also, like most titles, you have to keep the requirements to keep the title. Do I have to keep my noto over 10k to maintain the title?

It will give you a higher chance to plunder rare items as well as more ducats
from National Fleets. Also, it does seem having this title on during a
Ganador match will increase ducat prize as well for you. The requirements is
10k noto, but you will not drop below 10k from sailing...
HOWEVER!!!! with the Bounty Hunting system in the game unlocked, if you loose a battle, you will loose noto, and you WILL go below 10k noto even with title on if you loose to a battle, which will turn off the title. I do suggest using this title when you have a safety cushion of noto on you if you do get defeated in battle. Even when you are below 10k and title is inactive, you will have to go to a pirate tavern to remove the title. Below 10k will turn off the title so no perks either.

Also it is important to note that with title on you can not use banks at the major cities of nations that do not trust you. They scream in horror lol.

Title also prevents you from joining the Voyager Academy. Instead the receptionist says: "I'm so sorry. I never meant to bother one such as yourself." with text below that says: Since your title is Cranio Espada, you cannot join the Voyager Academy.
