After "The sun will rise again" get the quest "Atonement" from Santo Domingo.

1. Portobelo - West side of town at the beach, speak with Xochitl, gice her 1 Ointment.
2. Portobelo - Speak with Raul (Alias will join the story)
3. Veracruz - Speak with Gatekeeper South gate.
4. South Veracruz - Just outside the gates, Speak with Alias or Xochitl
5. South Veracruz - Middle of the map to the West, Speak with Malinche
6. Veracruz - near harbor speak with Xochitl
(Wonder if both storylines -Alias and Ocelotl- are not connected at this point)

There are a couple pieces of equipment that require the title but other than that, it doesn't do anything special.
