is it possible that they release all east asian ports since it was already said at their site: Uncharted Waters Online will be launching its newest expansion, El Oriente, on October 16. The update will introduce new East Asian countries, including China, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea.

70+, you mean? I managed it by gathering Lumber trade goods, then "contributing" them to Florence via Craftsman (any town craftsman will suffice) -- when you get a message that says, "The Florentine craftsman will be pleased!", or something along those lines, head to Florence, and talk to Lorenzo di Medici. A quick little cutscene plays, and afterward, the 70+ level cap is released.

Oh, and to follow the above steps, when you talk to a Craftsman, look for a button marked "Share Info". That's what lets you send trade goods to Florence.
