              As this land was abandoned for a while, development of facilities may be required. Player, I request your permission to initiate the appropriate development.

                Once the development work is finished and the facility ready, food and minerals can be produced here. All produce of private lands are sent to the storage. It is also possible to send produce to warehouses owned by banks in each country. Only 15 types of produce can be stored in warehouses and only 999 items of any one type can be accommodated. Further production is not possible if the storage is filled.

                  Frequent cycles of production will deplete the soil, which will affect further production. Either the type of produce has to be changed or a development of a new facility must be pursued. A change in produce is not possible unless several rounds of production cycles have already been carried out. Technical levels increase after development of facilities. A higher technical level may boost the amount of produce secured from the facility.

                    An increase in technical levels means the technician is allowed to invent recipes related to the produce. Stocking tools necessary for the development of a facility may contribute to lowering of technical levels. I brought one tool from home with me, so these are stocked now.
