        done 3/3 of the map and what next? is there any condition for further openings?

        Complete steps 1 through 3 as listed above. After that, the only condition to begin Star Atlas charting is that you have discovered the appropriate constellation (IE, discover Cetus and Cetus becomes a chart option).
