Best melee ship my ass, look at the speed and also, 1 studding sails? Armour only 20? how many food you need to feed those sailors, how long can you sail on the sea? To get max sailors, you have to sacrifice the rest, if you go PvP with me on this SLOW SHIP, before you even get near me, I would have CRIT you multiple times! LMAO

Cry me a river, 255 sailors, 8/8 mods, fast as hell in battle much like ATS. demo work/training bomb/pre emptive/set fire/assualt deck battle

Also has assualt deck battle as well thus making all of your cannon skills worthless when i gank you with r20 sp/sm college's in deck battle unless your in an ship like an ATS that evades battle.

Super low levels to use the ship, give to aid chase your enemy down (if were talking about out of water speed as vert/horiz have extremely little if not nothing to do with in battle speed. Switch ships, wait 1 minute cool down and attack if your pirating in this solo or hunting people.

So'z again Noob... how is this not one of the best if not better meele ships in the game currently? All those people everyone crys about for doing dungeon, well guess what they are gonna beat you down hard with deck battle and there superior land skills...Enjoy....You mad bro?

stud sail numbers does not affect speed much, nor does total horizontal / vertical.

An example is MNG, which moves pretty fast in battle but awefully slow outside battle.

Another example is turtle ship which is extremely fast and agile.

Mega slow ship unless you are following fleet member you can't pirate with this ship. Also no bow cannon is a mega let down.

Please don't tell me this is not for pirating but for ESF or BC galleys are inferior to cannon ships already and this is like a 3rd - 4th class galley you'll be dead weight.

I'm beginning to wonder the people here whether or not you know what you're talking about. Please look at the numbers, all of them, between RHG and this ship. This ship starts with better TS, AND WR, and starts with better sail numbers, that makes up some part of the 1 studding vs 60 total sails in studdings. The skills are different, but preemptive strike makes it formidable. Rowing assistance is available in OSS. Armor improvement in this ship will substitute for RHG's WR and TS improvements. And this has 6 more sailors. Making a comparison of this ship to RHG is fair.

Dura is low, that stats are for oak, official with max dura is less than 1.1k. And official your sail power is slighty less. Also, 8 less armor, but a few more crew. If you can use RHG, there is no advantage with this

Discussion became intersting. See that the RHG will be unable to use BPA as OSS, as it will need PEA as original. There goes the armour advantage, that actually, becomes a handycap (-2 for RHG). Also, training bomb is a fantastic skill, often causing 300-500 damage. Considering the enemy will suffer badly from crew loss, it is fair to imagine that he will have trouble decing wether to surg or repair. Speed in combat is a bit lower, not dramatic lower, as i have tested. Those that sail ATS will know it. This ship handicap is dura. But well used, its very powerfull. I would never trade it for a RHG and i WTB
