Only thing you need to know is each rank gives [roughly] 10% extra boost time on your active skill. As with other ornament effects, this wont stack with its EX counterpart Increase skill effect duration (only the highest rank will count). Not sure about in game items that give skill effect extension such as Breath of Fortitude since it runs on a different mechanic... will test that out later.
