You also need Rank 11 for Cooking, Or Sewing, or Casting, or Handicraft, or Storage. If you already had R11 for those production skill, maybe you need to heading back College Oxford, and talk to Professor

if the thesis didnt show after you get the r11(base)..please do the event in the oxford ..

Sewing R12 , Casting R16 , Cooking R16 , Handicraft R15 , Storage R10
and already have complete event history (Collage) .. but the professor dont give me this skill >.<

Do the fourth one, too. If you really want to get into refining boots or weapons, you're going to need all 5 skills active, anyway.

You need 100 submissions to finish college, after that you will get the Free Skill which have the Basic Prod. Tech 3. You mentioned you already have 90 submissions so 10 more to go.

Is the basic prod. On the 4 star one ? In 4 star i only got 2 option .
1 is basic prod 3 (if not wrong)
And another one is guild reconigtion (if not wrong)

I already completed the basic prod 3 one .. But the skill i got is advanced production bla bla bla

Well, I'm r16 on all prod skills, got over 200 submissions, so obviously finished college event a long time ago and also dont have this thesis available...Can anyone explain why?

you have to go back to 3rd building to get it r11 production skill Is needed and 60 submishions

does it increase improvement value for each try (+4 instead of +3) or the max improvement that can be on items eg. 150 instead of 100?

It increases amount per successful attempt. 100 is still the cap.

Hello guys. Lets make it clear. I finished college event a while ago - have 120+ submitions. Submited all production skill-related thesises more than once. Have r12 in casting and handicraft, r10 in cooking and storage and r9 in sewing. Obviously its not enough to get this skill-related thesis. Can anyone explane nice and clear what should i do. Do i need all production skills on r11 or higher, or do i need to submit the lvl 4 production skill-related thesis more than once (and if so how many times will be enough), or anything else. Its really anoying when there is no enough information in the tooltips and we have to guess, wonder, digging and so on. Even here, all the skills have the event conditions pointed clearly, accept for the only skill everybody is highly interested in. C'mon now... hard is good, but impossible makes ppl abandon games.

Are you visiting the Oxford professor sometimes? You only unlock new theses with him (or colony scholars if the colony has a college special building, I think). If you met the conditions for the Basic Prod Tech 3 thesis to be activated but didn't visit Oxford ever since, then the thesis will not be available to you at normal archive scholars. The skill is definitely there and possible to acquire, I have it.

Theo you need the Craftsman's Boot Enhancement book to do that. While Item Improvement Techniques isn't required to use it, it does give out more defense power for each use then without it.
