Makes you click a bit less and frees one or even 2 inv. slots, the question is, if its still favorable over other skills.
But certainly great for fleet figts (repair support skill + this).

bah.. useless, would be better if this fix leaking, that is a lot more important to fix than the sails or rudder (very rare to be damaged in pvp at least)

very useful if you for grinding and fleet battle. less useful in single pvp, or if u use galleys.

If the main sail (the one on middle mast) is broken, your ship speed will be reduced by nearly 50%. You would not have the luxury to use spare sails in the middle of a cannon fight since u will be spamming repair and vigor food. and slowing down 50% means u will miss tactic opportunities or even worse being crit hit.

I would personally sacrifice the +10% melee atk bonus with this skill. Thus i would still have two melee +atk/def skills (25% bonus in total), a R4 cannon skill, plus this one.

Btw, does this skill work for a whole fleet? if yes, let the support role take this skill and everyone else will be fine.
