i hear u need sword mastery 7 base and more or it is swordplay but not sure

According to this site, you need to have unlocked the three-star college, have turned in at least thirty theses, and have r7 in any of the following skills: throwing, sword mastery, sniping, trap, or merchandise knowledge.

5 max oxford skill slots...and you open the slots through...get this...RESEARCH! Have fun sail hard and sink some ships!!
