With adventure job, you get 1000 adv exp and 500 adv fame each time you complete this thesis. Great for grinding adv fame as you sail around doing adventure stuff or long distance trading.

You can't rely on items. College thesis requirements refer to the actual base rank required. It's the same way for acquiring regular skills.

Just complete any thesis and go to london to report it. It will automatically give you the new set of skills.

You don't even have to complete a thesis, just go talk to the professor at Oxford. (although completing a thesis first makes the trip a little more efficient, killing 2 birds with one stone)

long range means distance, not days, if it was days i would do it all in a barca instead of a lms
