Does Command Post work against this? Or does Command Post just prevent cannon-caused-disorder?

if you read command post skill description is says "avoid disorder on all allies caused by enemy fire" so only canon shot, you will still be disordered by this mine skill and some melee battle items

Would this skill be useful for grinding Leadership in pairs? I am pretty sure of the fact that you gain leadership prof in mock battle.

Mutiny gives loadsssssssssssss of leadership exp so just train as if you are training survival and with new (unloyal) sailors you should level up fast.
