Liza is right. This gives about a 60% reduction in food and water use. For every 4 days of supplies you can sail 10 days.

If so, I can has 1 food/water last me forever?

Because this skill = -60% consumption

r10 frugality = -60% consumption

= I actually gain food and water as i sail?

You fail mathematics and statistics forever Naoyasu....

If both were -60% consumption at best you'd be consuming 16% supplies (0.4 ^ 2 = 0.16)

after several test...with 74 sailor total
tested with 100 water and food
without frugal
on day 5 food and water get to 86
on day 10 food and water get to 71

with frugal r10
on day 5 food and water get to 92
on day 10 food and water get to 84

will try with higher rank frugal later on...assume i can find the booster...

Noticed something about this on the Japanese wiki. I believe you will use at least 1 food and 1 water each day regardless of sailors. Though from ReaD's test you would need less then 25 sailors to only use 1 food/water so yeah but thought I would throw that info out there.

Also can not be attached with Original ship skill on anything.

To quote myself from another section on Ivyro:

"No, this will not work on an aide ship - it will only work on the ship YOUR controlling. You also cant leech this from other fleet members either.

(Keep in mind that most, if not all, ship skills on a aide ship wont work. The only exception is certain battle skills if you call your aide into battle to assist you, though at the expense of the battle exp your get since its shared with the aide.)"

From what players are reporting on the Japanese wiki, this cannot be stacked with the new Food Storage Original ship skill, or with Galley although the other bonus's can. This does work with Frugality as ReaD reported, and even with the Wizard clothes too. But as Terra also said, you will use at least use 1 food and 1 water no matter what.
