Only one Aide in UWO will naturally have this skill: Artur. He is one of 8 new Rescue NPC aides due to be released in the future. You may preview his skill set (and that of the other new aides) here:

Note: As of this comment, we are currently in update Chapter 2.5; Maris must go to Chapter 3 -> Chapter 3.5 -> "Beyond the Vision" to reach these new aides. It's to be hoped that like the 6 Rescue NPC aides before them, the new 8 aides will not become UWC-only.

Please Note: All Shot Defences except "Grape Shot Defence" will be activated only when your aide's duty is "Lieutenant". "Grape Shot Defence" will be activated without regard to duties of your aide!
