this is an aide skill as long as it is highlighted you only use 4 vigour during each production instead of 5...

can't do both at the same time, in the same way you can't collect and procure at the same time.

had my delegation button greyed out and couldnt figure out what was going on... then guildy said it took up a skill slot on the right of my screen.. so instead of frugality, caution, and fishing, i now use frugality, caution, and cooking task
