Reduce hostility like distrust ,on alert, enmity , hostlie , warring , etc to normal ,
Delay of this skill is 10 days on sea before u can use it again

But if u is a normal relation with the country it will become good relation if u use this skill like
Emity - Goodwill - trust - sworn alliance . Etc

What is the benefit of goodwill -> trust -> sworn alliance? Just give u "credits" to use when u want to attack n plunder that country's fleets?

many aides have this or other nation correspondence ive been at trust with England and did not notice much in benefit. but as i understand to defect to any nation you require goodwill or higher status with that nation...

actually there is a good effect in having good relationship with other nation. you get less tariff if you are allied with the nation i think its about 5-10% less tariff
