I had thought they would be erased, due to HuseyinGazi's Shipbuilder 7 nations Guide: nforum.ogplanet.com/uwo/forum_posts.asp?TID=637747

Specifically I read that, "You will lose your position from the Royal Fleet. In other words, your performance will reset to 0 when you rejoin the Royal Fleet again." But perhaps it does not refer to the Royal Fleet points as I'd presumed? If not, then perhaps the guide could afford to be slightly clearer on that issue.
