Can anyone tell how this skill works? What is on those "reports"?

Is like ambush, you can use it every 10mins, when you do a reconnaissance in a player in sea, the aide can tell you 1 thing.. what cargo carry the player, in what skill is skilled, last skill acquired, items.

only one of them, sometimes fail though depend on your aide's lookout traits
and this skill pretty much useless, unless you're like being some kind of spy
