This aide skill is worthless it will not prevent mutiny it will only cure it right after it happens. This skill is equal to having r1 leadership with a auto effect which means there is a high chance to loose crew from every mutiny if your grinding survival take your aide off a job if it has this skill

Well, seeing as this comment was posted three years ago, I can't help but wonder: does this skill really work as Nicola stated? So many other Aide skills work preemptively to prevent damage done by disaster events, it seems odd this one wouldn't be the same.

The old comment by Nicola was in error. This skill works like all the other aide skills and can prevent the mutiny from every happening. Also like other aide skills it is not 100% effective, especially for an aide with lower surgeon trait points.

I see, thank you for clearing up any confusion from Nicola's post. Sounds like a good Aide skill to have, at least if you're concerned about frequent threats of mutiny.
