While sailing at high seas a gust of wind will hit your sails from time to time and your ship will turn in another direction, decrease your speed and sometimes lessens the dura of your sails. With this aide skill, it can avoid the gust of wind but not all the time. From what I heard about 80-90% chance it will work.

It also has the same effect as the ship skill "Wind-resistant mast". It very useful for players who sails all the time like adventurers or spice traders.

Chance based off navigator trait on your aide, 70 trait = 70%, 80 trait = 80%, etc.
