hammocks are the item equivalent. does putting your aide on surgeon do anything?

I put my aide on surgeon but he has shouting skill, so that might be what did the trick.

putting an aide in any job has an effect in that job-there's a chance of your aide curing a problem (just a chance) and just having them in that job means your less likely to get a problem associated with that job
= a little like 'caution' you dont know what it does until u sail without it...
