Costs 600k to learn. No language notes or dictionaries exists for this (along with Chinese) here on GAMA so you either need an extra skill slot, have another player who has it accompany you, or hire one of the Asian NC aides.

Aide Wen Zhi knows Chinese right away and can learn Japanese and Korean. That, and a decent set of basic Adventurer skills can make him a worthwhile second Aide by being able to get adventure maps in east Asia.
