It's very good skill on high level, on low level it's not very usefull, it can restore your vigour at sea with any alchogol, problem it that you can't use it in battle becose of disorder.

CPC taught me build my trade skill and let me leech her wares trade for two hours she much nicer and helpful than 90% of the UWO community Everyone that bashes her overlooks the real bastards of the game scammers resellers real money traders. Actually Maria CPC taught me the proper way to level my trade skill and I'm no leech nor dependant on any one else. The game is better when the community works together and teaches one another unlike you who doesn't contribute anything and looks down on everyone else

The skill take off fatigue and give vigour.

Take off fatigue= Wining and dining level
Vigour=Wining and dining level * 2

Means if you have level 5 it take off 5 fatigue and give you 10 points of vigour

This skill affects the entire fleet, meaning you can recover everyone's fatigue or cause one or more member of your fleet to enter disorder state. I dunno if at higher levels every member of your fleet can also gain vigor back, though.
