    is raised.

  • Makes it difficult for enemy bombs to strike during battle.

  • Cannons, autocannons and

First, you must complete the Henry Morgan questline (5 total quests starting with "The Country of Pirates"(Santo Domingo) and ending with "The World of Pirates"(London). I would reference Gangsta website for those. Do not try to pull quest or leech without doing these cuz it won't work.

Second, After finishing Morgan quests, You can pull the high commander job quest "Subduing Wanderers"(Santo Domingo). 9-star quest (it should be 10!). You have to defeat 30-Ghost Ships total. I was in a fleet of 2, so we had to defeat 6 ships each battle, five times. You must kill the admiral for any of them to count. These ships are very powerful. You better be prepared. I suggest using "Tortoiseshell Charms" to subdue the cannons of these Ghosts. Also use "Letter of Appreciation x2 to get help from those mercenary fleets. Also other items may be helpful. Do not try to use AOS it will not work effectively.

Took me about 30 Qmp for it to pop up.

I wish we could change the format for the job info.. the cost to change into the job is 5,000,000 with card yes, but there should also be a place showing 100,000,000 to change into wirhout card.
