just to let everyone know prequest is titled "Feelings of landlady" requirements 7handi & italian. you have to get 20 secret elixirs to the inn lady in town. find her near the tavern

You need to do the prequest as from what I know, its not repeatable for those who already completed it. Once you've done that then you can ask someone to help you with the actual job quest, from there you can leech the skill to complete it.
