  • Lessen harm to crew in times of drought and hunger, storm and blizzard.

  • Can rescue a Fleet Member that cannot sail or Sailors that have fallen overboard.

Before you leave go and talk to the Port Official in Seville. I made the mistake of forgetting to do that >.<
When you arrive talk to Port Official in Santo then return to Seville and go to Castle

Another location for Job endorsement is the Alexander Archipelago Open Sea. Small Russian NPC fleet with 3 ships. Captain Kotzebue has this job card. Navigation License. He travels from Sitka to Tacoma (possibly to San Francisco) and offshore out of site from land. Or in the Southwest Atlantic Ocean, find Captian Cavot heading to Rio de janeiro.

Another NPC fleet that drops the job card for this is Jack Cartier. He's a small French fleet consisting of 1 Galleon and 2 Carracks. Look for him in the Bay of Biscay area, usually seen sailing in and out of Bordeaux.
