Rowing - Increases speed of vessels fitted with oars.

and the attack power of close-range weapons in land battles
is raised.

Assault - Temporary increase in Attack Power during Melee Battle.

Gunnery - Cannon loads become quicker,
and cannons, autocanons and
flamethrowers less prone to break down.

Aboardage - Easier to engage in Melee Battle.

if you mean can you do the job quest if you are boosted to the required ranks in sp and plunder then YES.

always bring QMP's for this job. I have forgoten too few times and had hard time getting it. It also will not show up with special QMP, so dont count on them
